You must be at least 18 years old to use Jelly AI. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. AI-Generated Content

All characters in Jelly AI are fictional and AI-generated. Conversations, images, and videos are created by artificial intelligence and do not represent real people. You acknowledge that AI responses may sometimes be inaccurate or unexpected.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Jelly AI for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service, share or distribute AI-generated content in ways that violate applicable laws, or impersonate others or create misleading content.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Jelly AI offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to the respective store policies. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

6. Credits System

Jelly AI uses a credit system for certain features. Free credits are provided daily. Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Content Moderation

We implement content filters and moderation to ensure compliance with platform guidelines. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate our content policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jelly AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including emotional distress from AI interactions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Jelly AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
